About Me
I am a certified Transformation Coach with a PCC-level qualification in Life, Leadership & Executive Coaching from the IFCE, an ICF-accredited institution, and a certified mentor with The Mentoring Club.
With a background in sociology, human geography, and 14 years in marketing, I’ve spent my career understanding what drives people. Over time, I found myself naturally mentoring and coaching those around me, and I realised that this was the work I was truly passionate about. My personal path to a Good Life - moving abroad, navigating career shifts, and embracing self-discovery - has shaped both my development as a Transformation Coach and the creation of The Good Life Club’s unique transformation framework.
My coaching practice and approach has also been heavily inspired and informed by leaders in the industry, such as Deb Dana, Mo Gawdat, Mel Robbins, Emily Nagoski and Dr Nicole LaPera, to name a few. I look forward to sharing their incredible work with you.
